On Tuesday I was feeling a little stir crazy. I hadn't taken any photos for a while, so I grabbed my tripod and did a few self-portraits. Over time the more I've been behind the camera the more uncomfortable I've become in front of it. I'm working on becoming more confident and letting go of having to be in control of the camera - to be willing to be in front of the lens more. An individual should feel good in their own skin, to be able to see the beauty in what God has created! So here are my four favorite shots. To go along with that, how about four random facts about Alice...

1.) I love ice cream! Any time of day, any time of year. Enjoying it alone or with people I love.
2.) I lived in an off-the-grid cabin in the woods for several years. It was a great experience, but I'm not gonna lie, there are everyday conveniences I prefer to have. ;)
3.) I adore France! The music, film, food and history. I haven't been able to visit yet, but some day I will and it will be glorious and perfect. <3
4.) I have a tattoo of India on my right ankle with a heart over the city I spent a couple of weeks in. It's a reminder to pray for my brothers and sisters there, and it brings back so many cherished memories.
